Alan Parsons Project reedita su gran álbum 'I Robot' en una edición de superlujo

El segundo álbum de Alan Parsons Project, "I Robot", se reeditará en una variedad de formatos, incluida una edición limitada en formato Super Deluxe este 17 de octubre del 2025.
Lanzado originalmente por Arista Records de Clive Davis el 8 de julio de 1977, "I Robot" se basa conceptualmente en las historias de robots de ciencia ficción del autor Isaac Asimov, explorando temas filosóficos relacionados con la inteligencia artificial.

Grabado en Abbey Road Studios, "I Robot" contó con una variedad de vocalistas principales diferentes, incluidos Steve Harley, Allan Clarke, Lenny Zakatek, Peter Straker, Jack Harris y Jaki Whitren, junto con una selección de músicos de sesión, incluido el guitarrista Ian Bairnson, el bajista David Paton, el baterista Stuart Tosh y, por supuesto, Eric Woolfson en teclados con arreglos de Andrew Powell.
Se lanzaron tres sencillos del álbum, incluyendo "I Wouldn't Want To Be Like You","Don't Let it Show" y "Day After Day". En el video musical que lo acompaña, Parsons interpreta a un hombre en una persecución surrealista con un humanoide anónimo interpretado por Woolfson.
